Municipality of Primavera launches mobile veterinary services

The Municipality of Primavera has launched a series of mobile veterinary rounds focused on responsible pet ownership and animal welfare. The initiative aims to provide essential veterinary services to residents across the commune’s extensive territory, including rural areas and remote stations.

To facilitate this, the municipality has hired a veterinarian to provide on-site services such as consultations, vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, and emergency care. The program is scheduled to run from October through December. Initial sessions in Cerro Sombrero have already seen high demand, with 19 pets treated during the first day of implementation.
