Muong Thanh Group raises charter capital to VND 6,000 billion

Vietnam's Muong Thanh Group announced a charter capital increase from VND 4,500 billion to VND 6,000 billion, all contributed by private investors. The conglomerate, founded by entrepreneur Le Thanh Than, operates more than 60 hotels with over 12,000 rooms and employs more than 10,000 staff nationwide.

The capital boost supports a series of large‑scale urban, commercial and tourism projects. In Dien Biên Province, the group won the bid to develop the Huối Phạ urban‑tourism‑golf complex covering about 109 ha with an investment exceeding VND 1,757 billion. In Hanoi, it is advancing the My Hung‑Cienco5 new urban area on roughly 182 ha in Thanh Oai district. In Ninh Bình, the group secured a 50‑year lease for a 12,500 m² commercial‑service site near the Hồng Phú bridge in Phủ Lý city.
