Muramasa: Revenant Blades set for February 2027 release

Marvelous and Vanillaware have announced that Muramasa: Revenant Blades will launch on February 4, 2027. The title is a remastered collection that combines the content of Muramasa: Rebirth with the Genroku Legends DLC.

The game is scheduled for release on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam. This enhanced version features 4K resolution support, refined 2D action-RPG gameplay, and a new English voiceover and localization.

Set in Japan’s Genroku period, the game follows six protagonists with independent stories. Pricing for the standard edition is set at $49.99, with a limited edition including an art book, soundtrack, and a folding screen available for $89.99 to $99.99 depending on the platform.
