Murapol Group advances real estate projects in Bydgoszcz and Gdańsk

The Murapol Group has announced significant developments in its Polish real estate portfolio. In Bydgoszcz, the Murapol Rivo investment located on Dworcowa Street has received its occupancy permit. The project features 122 apartments ranging from 27 to 65 square meters, situated near the Brda river and the Old Town. Residents have access to a garage hall with 145 parking spaces, and units include features such as anti-smog packages and Smart Home options.

In Gdańsk, the group has launched a new phase of the Murapol Stoczniova project in the Młode Miasto district. This stage involves a 10-story cascading building containing 401 investment units. These apartments, ranging from 25 to 51 square meters, are designed with single-room layouts and separate day and night zones. Construction is currently underway, with completion scheduled for the third quarter of 2028.
