Muratpaşa District Governor İhsan Kara passes away

İhsan Kara, the District Governor of Muratpaşa in Antalya, has passed away following a heart attack. He was taken to the Antalya Training and Research Hospital, where he succumbed to his condition.

A formal ceremony was held at the Antalya Governor's Office in Cumhuriyet Square, attended by Antalya Governor Hulusi Şahin, local members of parliament, the Chief Public Prosecutor, and university officials. During the ceremony, Governor Şahin praised Kara’s 39-year career in public service, noting his dedication to his duties and his positive impact on the people he served.

Kara was known for his extensive experience in civil administration and his involvement in various local projects. Following the funeral prayers at the Muratpaşa Mosque, he was to be laid to rest in Konya.
