Murilo Rodrigues art exhibition opens in Campo Grande

The Caminhos do Gesto exhibition by visual artist Murilo Rodrigues is currently on display at the Anna Luiza Prado Bastos Municipal Public Library in the center of Campo Grande. The free exhibition is hosted in the Museology Space of the Esplanada Ferroviária and will remain open to the public until October 31.

Rodrigues' work utilizes expressive colors and bold lines to explore themes of identity, ancestry, memory, and belonging. The collection places a specific emphasis on indigenous peoples and their role in the cultural formation of Brazil.

In addition to the art display, the library maintains a collection of approximately 35,000 volumes, including 5,000 titles related to Mato Grosso do Sul, which are available for consultation and loan.
