Murlidhar Mohol highlights impact of Mann Ki Baat program

Union Minister Murlidhar Mohol joined NDA workers in Pune to listen to the 138th episode of ‘Mann Ki Baat’. Mohol highlighted the program as a unique platform for direct communication between the Prime Minister and the citizens, noting its role in fostering public participation and showcasing positive social initiatives.

During the broadcast, Prime Minister Modi praised the work of women’s self-help groups, which are driving economic empowerment in rural and local areas. The Minister also emphasized the Prime Minister’s messages regarding environmental conservation, citing specific examples such as the return of elephants to the Sonai Rupai Wildlife Sanctuary in Assam, the protection of the pygmy hog, and mangrove forest conservation in the Sundarbans.

Additionally, the program addressed cleanliness initiatives, noting the efforts of youth in cleaning rivers, wells, and public spaces ahead of Mahatma Gandhi’s birth anniversary.
