Muro hosts second Entrepreneurship and Employability Fair
The Muro City Council is hosting the second edition of its Entrepreneurship and Employability Fair on September 24 and 25 at the Municipal Archive. Following a first edition that drew between 70 and 80 participants, this year’s event has expanded to two days to provide dedicated space for both job seekers and aspiring entrepreneurs.
The first day, themed ‘Find Your Place,’ focuses on labor insertion through rapid-fire interviews. Candidates will have between 90 seconds and two minutes to present themselves to participating companies, which may lead to more extensive selection processes. Participating businesses include Visatex, Electricitat Nord, VCON, Imasd, Comfortec, Carrefour, and others. Vacancies cover diverse fields such as electrical technology, industrial machine design, robotics, food quality, textile production, digital marketing, and administration.
The second day, ‘Emprende en Muro,’ is designed for individuals with business ideas, freelancers, and entrepreneurs, with a focus on local commerce and digital projects. The event also includes specialized programming for people with disabilities in collaboration with COCEMFE and Jera Avanza Levante.
