MusaE program announces tenth edition of museum concerts in Spain

The tenth edition of ‘MusaE. Música en los Museos Estatales’ has been announced, featuring 46 musical performances across 15 state museums in Spain. Organized by the Ministry of Culture and Spanish Cultural Action (AC/E) and curated by Juventudes Musicales de España, the program will run from October 2026 to March 2027.

The initiative aims to promote emerging talent by featuring performers under the age of 35. Selected through an open public call that received 225 applications, the artists will perform a diverse range of genres, including classical, flamenco, folk, pop, jazz fusion, and ancient music. The program seeks to create a dialogue between the musical performances and the architectural and collection identities of the host museums.

The season will commence on October 1 at the Museo Nacional de Antropología in Madrid with the Cuarteto Bruma. The cycle will conclude on March 21 in Toledo at the Museo Sefardí with a performance by Kiril Fasla-Prolat. Other participating locations include the Museo del Greco in Toledo, the Museo Casa de Cervantes and Museo Nacional de Escultura in Valladolid, and the Museo Nacional de Arqueología Subacuática ARQ.
