MUSE to host event celebrating Trentino ecomuseum soundscapes

The MUSE museum will host 'ECOS. Soundscapes in the Ecomuseums' on October 25. This event marks the conclusion of a two-year project dedicated to documenting and preserving the unique auditory landscapes of the nine Ecomusei del Trentino.

The initiative, conducted with scientific supervision from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI), utilizes participatory research to explore how sound defines local territories. The program includes workshops, dialogues, and an orchestral concert titled 'ECOS – A Soundtrack for the Ecomuseums of Trentino,' which integrates local sounds with voices and electronic music.
