Museo de Arte Contemporáneo Querétaro opens four new exhibitions

The Museo de Arte Contemporáneo Querétaro (MACQ) has inaugurated four new exhibitions featuring diverse contemporary techniques, including painting, sculpture, photography, installation, and ceramics.

The exhibitions include “Donde el azul habita” by Adriana Stehle, which uses landscape and color to explore memory and absence; “Marchantes” by Jorge Sánchez Mejorada, featuring five sculptures inspired by traditional Mexican dances and artisans; and “Ipseidad” by Fernando Salcedo, which utilizes photography and installation to reflect on identity and human connections.

Additionally, Dan Marte and Luis Batres present “El tiempo desfasado en el reino de lo inútil,” a collective exhibition linked to the 12th anniversary of the Estudio Cerámico Contemporáneo. The exhibitions are open to the public with free admission from Tuesday to Sunday.
