Museo Jumex in Mexico City has announced its Fall/Winter exhibition lineup, featuring three major shows focused on internationally significant artists.
On September 26, the museum will open ‘Tell Me Everything’, a survey of Latin American works by Richard Prince. Curated by Prince and Kit Hammonds, the exhibition includes over 130 pieces spanning from the 1970s to the present, covering series such as ‘Cowboys’, ‘Girlfriends’, ‘Jokes’, and ‘Cartoons’.
Opening October 16, artist Álvaro Urbano will present ‘Helen’, an immersive installation exploring the architectural and botanical histories of Juan O’Gorman’s Casa Cueva. Simultaneously, the museum will host ‘Gateway’, the first solo exhibition in Mexico for artist Raúl Silva, which examines the intersections of media, technology, and telecommunications through video installations, paintings, and sculptural elements.
