Museo Provincial de Ciencias Naturales launches creative science and art exhibitions

The Museo Provincial de Ciencias Naturales is launching the second block of the ‘Cruces Creativos 2026’ exhibition series. Starting September 15, the initiative features eight simultaneous displays designed to foster dialogue between art, science, and nature.

The exhibitions, located on the museum's third level, will run until November 29. The works explore themes such as biodiversity, territoriality, natural processes, and environmental transformations through various materials and research methods. Featured projects include Lisandro Baibiene’s ‘Gabinete de Insectos’, which uses industrial and discarded materials to recreate insect diversity, and Cecilia Carrizo Sineiro’s ‘Tasa Cuna’, which integrates geology, paleontology, and anthropology.
