Museo Regional de Aysén hosts conclusion of The Dark Side of the Sur XI season
The eleventh season of the cultural cycle ‘The Dark Side of the Sur’ concluded with four nights of performances at the Museo Regional de Aysén. Driven by Malotún Ortiga, the initiative serves as a meeting point for music, visual arts, and regional memory.
The season featured a diverse lineup, including pop-rock and indie artist Pedropiedra, folk musician Celeste Anacletxx, and the historical Aysén group Intiwayna. The final session, featuring ‘Cinchando pa’ no Aflojar’, was rescheduled due to health recommendations from the Seremi de Salud regarding respiratory virus circulation.
Throughout the cycle, musical performances were paired with visual interventions and exhibitions, such as ‘Historias del Sur’, to connect audiences with the musical identity of the southern region.
