Museu del Suro announces August cultural activities

The Museu del Suro has announced three cultural and family-oriented activities to conclude the month of August in Palafrugell.

On August 28, the museum will host a family craft workshop where children aged 5 to 12 can create and decorate cork fans. This will be followed on August 29 by a cork-themed shadow puppet workshop for children between the ages of 3 and 12. Both activities require prior reservation.

Additionally, a guided tour of the exhibition ‘El paisatge invisible’ by photographer Wayra Ficapal will take place on August 29 at the Torre de Guaita de Sant Sebastià de la Guarda in Llafranc. The tour, led by Ficapal, explores perspectives on the landscape and the climate crisis in the Ebro Delta. This activity is available to ticket holders of the Biennal Xavier Miserachs.
