Museum of Romanian Books and Exile marks third anniversary

The Museum of Romanian Books and Exile is celebrating its third anniversary on September 29, 2026. The institution was established through a collaboration between Lucian Dindirică, former manager of the ‘Alexandru and Aristia Aman’ County Library, and academician Basarab Nicolescu.

The museum houses collections donated by various Romanian cultural figures living abroad. Following an extensive effort to collect and organize nearly 40 collections, the museum opened its doors to the public on September 29, 2023, in Craiova.
