Cultural institutions in Paris and the Yvelines region offer various evening and seasonal programming. In Paris, several museums provide extended opening hours throughout the week. Notable examples include the Musée du Luxembourg on Mondays, the Louvre on Wednesdays and Fridays, and the Musée d'Orsay on Thursdays. In Versailles, the Musée Lambinet, located in an 18th-century mansion, features a diverse collection ranging from the Renaissance to the mid-20th century. The museum houses a unique Jean-Henri Naderman harp, which features eight pedals instead of the standard seven. Experts suggest the instrument may have belonged to Marie-Antoinette or a close associate.
