Mushoku Tensei: Season 3 updates reveal Chaos Breaker arc details

The third season of the anime Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation is progressing with significant narrative and production updates. Episode 7, titled “Fourth Stage,” focuses on the graduation ceremony at the Ranoa University of Magic, marking a transition for the protagonist, Rudeus Greyrat, and his companions Linia and Pursena.

Production staff have also released a new trailer for the upcoming “Chaos Breaker” arc, which is scheduled to begin with episode 8 on August 16, 2026. This arc will feature a return to the Demon Continent and introduce the floating fortress known as Chaos Breaker.

New Japanese voice cast members have been announced for the upcoming arc, including Rikiya Koyama as Perugius Dola, Ayumi Tsunematsu as Sylvaril of the Void, and Nanako Mori as the Immortal Demon King, Atofe. To celebrate the new arc, the Japanese platform ABEMA will host a live special program on August 16 featuring the main voice actresses.
