Music Academy campuses receive major architectural recognition and development approvals

The Music Academy campus in Bydgoszcz, designed by plus3-architekci, has received the 5-Star Award in the European Property Awards 2026–2027 for Public Service Architecture. The project, which was built on the site of a former brickworks, has also been named a Regional Nominee for the European stage of the competition. The facility features advanced acoustic engineering, including a “box in box” construction method to isolate over one hundred practice rooms, a library, and four concert halls.

In Poznań, the city has issued a building permit for the Music Academy im. I. J. Paderewskiego’s largest historical investment. Designed by the WXCA studio, the new headquarters will be constructed on the site of the former Olimpia cinema. The project aims to integrate educational infrastructure with a professional opera and theater stage capable of seating approximately 400 people, alongside public spaces and a restaurant.
