Music education faces infrastructure issues in Barahona and career recognition in Cuba

In Barahona, Dominican Republic, students at the Municipal School of Music are facing significant challenges due to the deteriorating state of their facilities. In Cuba, trombonist and educator César Augusto Odio Feria is being recognized for his three decades of service to musical instruction and Cuban music.
