Music festivals celebrate milestones in Italy

The Follsonica festival is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2026. The milestone event will feature a large concert at Parco Centrale on August 16, showcasing a variety of musical genres including metal, folk, rock, and rap. The lineup includes artists such as Durgā, Gozzi & Péloquin, 4paz, Joker’s Flag, and several local rap performers. Since 2020, the festival has been dedicated to the memory of Enrico “Erriquez” Greppi. The anniversary will also include a photographic exhibition of past editions, live painting, and a live podcast.

In Montalto Marina, the XXIII edition of the Etruria Musica Festival took place at the Fiora River pier. The Nico Gori Trio, featuring Nico Gori on clarinet and saxophone, Ellade Bandini on drums, and Francesco Pierotti on double bass, performed a set of original compositions and improvisations. The jazz performance was held outdoors against a seaside backdrop.
