Music festivals scheduled in Schneverdingen and Gotha

Several music festivals are scheduled to take place in Germany. In Schneverdingen, the AcoustiX festival will feature unplugged live music at the Theeshof Heimatmuseum on October 3. The program includes the band ‘Ticket to Happiness’ and the duo ‘Learning to Fly - Storytellers,’ featuring Martin Hauke and Juan Schmid, who perform tributes to iconic singer-songwriters such as Bob Dylan and Bruce Springsteen.

In Gotha, the second edition of the ‘Güldener Herbst’ festival for early music will run from September 25 to September 27. Under the theme ‘HEIMAT KLÄNGE,’ the event explores the relationship between music and the concept of home. Highlights include a performance by the Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin featuring baroque oboist Xenia Löffler, a bus tour to historical organs in Holzhausen, Mühlberg, and Wechmar, and family-oriented concerts at the Ekhof-Theater.
