Music festivals showcase diverse live performances

Various music festivals are highlighting diverse musical acts. At the Alcatraz festival, the 'La Morgue' stage has become a central hub for intimate, high-intensity performances. This small, circus-shaped tent provides an underground club atmosphere without barriers between artists and the audience, hosting both niche international acts like the Norwegian black metal band Witch Club Satan and local Belgian talent such as Modder, Cowboys & Aliens, Ronkeren, and Hemelbestormers.

At the Lokerse Feesten, Lenny Kravitz headlined the main stage as a major draw for the penultimate day of the event. The lineup included opening performances by Emmy d’Arc, who performed singer-songwriter tracks, and DE’WAYNE, who delivered a versatile set ranging from funk to rock. Following Kravitz, Ilse Liebens provided a DJ set, while Club StuBru hosted DJs until 5:00 AM.
