Music highlights feature AC/DC documentary and Kontra K concert

Various musical programming and live performances are highlighted for the upcoming weekend. Arte will broadcast a 53-minute documentary titled ‘Forever Young’ on October 5, 2026, detailing the history of the rock band AC/DC. The film explores the band's origins, the influence of the Young brothers—Malcolm, Angus, and George—and their journey from Scottish roots to global success.

In Hamburg, artist Kontra K performed at Channel Aid on October 1, 2026. The concert featured the 55-member Lufthansa Orchestra conducted by Kristjan Järvis and included guest appearances by Sido, Nico Santos, SDP, Anna Grey, and NESS. The event served as a preview for Kontra K’s unreleased album, featuring orchestral arrangements of tracks such as ‘Letzte Träne’ and ‘Blei’.
