Belgrade music festivals attract tens of thousands of fans

The city’s summer concert season peaked with several high‑profile shows. At Tašmajdan, legendary folk act Južni vetar staged a two‑day festival, where Dragana Mirković praised her emotional return, joining Mile Kitić and Kemal Malovčić on stage.

On the same weekend, Belgrade Music Week opened at the Ušće waterfront with Jala Brat and Buba Corelli headlining a three‑hour concert that drew about 50,000 attendees. Their set featured hit after hit and guest appearances by Devito and Teodora, cementing the event as a benchmark for regional festivals.

The following night, internet star Baka Prase performed to a massive, chanting crowd, joined by fellow YouTuber Mihajlo Madić and other influencers, further energising the festival atmosphere. Across the days, additional acts such as Teodora, Devito, and a roster of Balkan musicians amplified the city’s vibrant music scene.
