Musical ensembles Café Zimmermann and Cello Republic announce Czech performances

Several musical ensembles are scheduled to perform in the Czech Republic this October. The French ensemble Café Zimmermann will perform at Vzlet in Prague on October 7. Their program, titled ‘Flétna kouzelná’, focuses on Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s flute quartets, including the D major and C major quartets, alongside works by Johann Sebastian Bach.

In České Budějovice, the quartet Cello Republic will perform at DK Metropol on October 5. The group is touring to support their new album, ‘Dreamer’, which features genre-crossing arrangements of songs by artists such as Radiohead, Ozzy Osbourne, ABBA, and Boney M. The ensemble is known for a ‘no limits’ performance style that incorporates humor and elements of stand-up comedy.
