Musical events draw crowds in Lioni and Valeggio sul Mincio

Various cultural and musical events took place across Italy in mid-August. In Lioni, a major concert featuring singer Nek drew over 20,000 attendees to Piazza San Rocco. This event was part of a series of summer performances in the Irpinia region, which also included a quadriglia by Tonuccio Corona and a concert by the band PFM performing works by De André.

In Valeggio sul Mincio, the 16th edition of ‘Stelle della Lirica’ was held at Parco Giardino Sigurtà. Approximately 1,000 spectators attended the opera performance, which featured soprano Francesca Dotto and tenor Marco Berti. The program included works by Bellini, Verdi, and Puccini, accompanied by the Orchestra dei Colli Morenici and the Coro Lirico San Filippo Neri.
