Musical festivals and orchestral performances held in Germany

Various musical events took place in Germany, featuring choral and orchestral performances. In Kirchdorf an der Iller, the Oberschwäbischer Chorverband held a two-day festival under the motto ‘Kirchdorf ist ganz Chor’. The event, held in the Bürgerpark, featured a diverse program ranging from classical music to rock and pop, including a ‘Long Night of Choirs’ with nine participating choirs.

In Fritzlar, the Katholischer Bläserchor performed a traditional serenade on the historic market square. Led by chief conductor Dominik Mulqueen, the symphonic wind orchestra played a three-hour set that included hits from the Neue Deutsche Welle, traditional brass music, and international pop and rock arrangements, such as works by Queen and Santana.
