Musical highlights include opera anniversary tour and blues benefit concert

The musical landscape features upcoming anniversary celebrations and recent live performances. The opera format ‘Die Himmlische Nacht der Tenöre’ has announced a 20th-anniversary tour for 2026/2027. The tour focuses on pure, unamplified operatic singing accompanied by a string ensemble, featuring works by Italian composers such as Giuseppe Verdi, Giacomo Puccini, Ruggero Leoncavallo, and Ernesto De Curtis.

In a separate event, blues and roots musician Hans Theessink performed a sold-out concert at the Claustre de Sant Bonaventura in Llucmajor. The performance, which included interpretations of songs by the Rolling Stones and Johnny Cash, served as a benefit concert organized by the Rotary Club Mallorca South International.
