Musical ‘Papá por Siempre’ arrives in Mexico City

The musical ‘Papá por Siempre’ (based on Mrs. Doubtfire) has arrived in Mexico City for a limited engagement. Presented by Gou Producciones as part of a Broadway tour, the production will run for eight unique performances from August 18 to August 23 at the Centro Cultural Teatro 1.

Craig Allen Smith leads the cast as Daniel Hillard, an unemployed actor who disguises himself as the Scottish nanny Euphegenia Doubtfire to remain close to his children following a divorce. The production aims to bring Broadway-style theater to local audiences through music, choreography, and themes of family bonds and second chances.

A red carpet event held to celebrate the premiere was attended by various figures from the entertainment industry.
