Musical performances raise donations for German community and church projects

Various musical performances in Germany have resulted in significant donations to local community and religious causes.

In Weiden, Reinhold Wildenauer and Dr. Horst Petzold presented 1,000 euros to Initiative e. V. following a concert by the band RockConnection. The funds are intended to support the association's ongoing projects and social engagement.

In Vohenstrauß, the choir Singing Witt donated 6,300 euros to the Kirchenstiftung Vohenstrauß. The proceeds were raised from a sold-out benefit concert held in July at the Maria Immaculata parish church. This contribution will assist in a large-scale interior renovation project for the church, which is estimated to cost more than 1.9 million euros.
