Musical performances scheduled at Serralves Museum and in Guimarães

Several musical performances are scheduled across Portugal, highlighting diverse genres from experimental percussion to intimate vocals.

At the Serralves Museum, artist Pedro Melo Alves will present ‘ΞllllllΞ’, a transdisciplinary project blending music, techno-performance, and digital arts. The immersive 360-degree experience utilizes sensors and interactive platforms to explore themes of transhumanism and the human condition through a mix of contemporary, jazz, and electronic music.

In Guimarães, the ‘Música à Sombra’ cycle begins at the Museu Alberto Sampaio. The first session features the artist Mafalda, performing in the museum's cloister near a centennial olive tree. This event is part of an initiative designed to connect music with natural and architectural heritage. Mafalda is also preparing for the October 22 release of her first album, ‘Gosto Muito de Estar Aqui’.
