Coldplay potentially returning to South America in 2027

Official documents from the Uruguayan Ministry of Tourism suggest that Coldplay may perform four concerts at the Estadio Centenario in Montevideo on October 9, 10, 13, and 14, 2027. The resolution, dated December 2025, indicates that the shows have been declared of tourist interest, though the band has not officially confirmed these dates.

While the current planning focuses on Uruguay, the news has raised expectations among fans in neighboring countries, including Chile. Although no official dates have been announced for Chile, the potential tour aligns with previous statements from frontman Chris Martin regarding the continuation of the Music of the Spheres World Tour into 2027.
