Musical performances scheduled in Recife and Faro

Artists Almério and Mariene de Castro are launching their ‘Acaso Casa’ tour with performances in Recife and Salvador. In Recife, the shows are scheduled for August 22 and 23, 2026, at Teatro do Parque. The repertoire includes Brazilian music classics such as ‘Lamento Sertanejo’ and ‘Pagode Russo,’ aiming to revisit the artists' musical identities.

In Portugal, pianist Júlio Resende and singer-songwriter Sérgio Godinho will perform together in Faro as part of the ‘Diálogos Musicais’ series. Organized by Teatro das Figuras, the event will take place at Largo da Sé on August 12. The performance will feature Resende accompanying Godinho through various themes from his five-decade career, focusing on a collaborative musical dialogue.
