Musical tribute concerts scheduled in Poland to honor legendary vocalists

Several musical tribute events are scheduled in Poland to honor legendary vocalists. In Działoszyn, the “Ocalić od zapomnienia” concert will take place this Sunday at the Męciński Palace. The event focuses on the work of Mieczysław Fogg, one of Poland’s most prominent 20th-century singers. The concert will feature Michał Fogg, the great-grandson of the artist, providing a personal connection to the legacy. Performers include Anita Urban-Wieczorek, Seweryn Wieczorek, Julia Łyczba, and Marta Ciesielska.

In Wrocław, the Stary Klasztor will host “I’M EVERY WOMAN – Tribute to Ladies of Rock & Soul” on October 30. This musical memorial event honors deceased female artists ranging from international icons like Tina Turner, Amy Winehouse, and Whitney Houston to Polish singers such as Anna Jantar and Kora Jackowska. The evening will specifically commemorate the passing of Dolly Parton and Bonnie Tyler. The concert will be hosted by Nikola Warda, featuring vocalists Natalia Podwin and Paulina Gołębiowska.
