Court documents show the divorce settlement grants Kidman primary custody of their two daughters, Sandy Rouz (17) and Faith Margaret (14), with 306 days per year of care, while Urban receives 59 days. Visits are scheduled every other weekend, and holidays are split: Kidman has the girls for Easter and Mother’s Day, Urban for Father’s Day and Thanksgiving. The agreement includes no alimony, a requirement that both parents attend a parenting course within 60 days, and a clause prohibiting them from speaking negatively about each other in front of the children.
