Musician Satoshi Suzuki holds first solo art exhibition in Noshiro

Musician Satoshi Suzuki is holding his first solo art exhibition, titled ‘Akita Sketch,’ in Noshiro City. The exhibition features 30 works created with crayons and ink, depicting local landscapes and regional specialties such as junzai and hatahata.

Suzuki, originally from Mitane Town, moved to Tokyo at age 27 to pursue music before returning to Akita this year. His recent musical work includes the album ‘Laugh at Akita Dialect,’ which incorporates local themes and language. The exhibition runs until October 12.
