MUSKİ launches new mobile app for water services in Muğla

MUSKİ General Directorate has launched a new mobile application to digitize water and sewage services in Muğla. Available on the App Store and Google Play Store, the app allows residents to manage various tasks 24/7 without visiting physical branches.

Key features of the application include managing subscriptions, viewing and paying current or past bills, and reporting water or sewage malfunctions. Users can also track the status of their applications and receive real-time notifications regarding both planned and unplanned water outages.

Additionally, the app provides tools for users to monitor their water consumption by comparing it with previous periods and offers real-time data on the fullness levels of MUSKİ dams. The initiative aims to save time for citizens while reducing paper usage to support environmental goals.
