Muslim World League to commission cardiac centre in Kaduna

The Muslim World League is set to commission a state-of-the-art cardiac centre in the Tudun Wada community of Kaduna South, Nigeria. The facility will be inaugurated by the League's Secretary General, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa.

Developed in collaboration with the Kaduna State Government, the centre aims to provide advanced cardiovascular diagnosis, treatment, and care. Officials stated the facility is intended to "substantially stem the tide of patients seeking medical treatment abroad" and will serve patients of all faiths.

The project aligns with broader healthcare initiatives by Governor Uba Sani, which include upgrading 255 primary healthcare centres, improving maternal and child healthcare services, and enhancing secondary healthcare through infrastructure renewal and modern medical equipment procurement.
