Mustafa Aksu reportedly loses 100 million TL in fund crisis
Mustafa Aksu, the former Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Forestry and a long-time AK Party official, has reportedly lost approximately 100 million TL due to a crisis involving liquid funds.
According to reporting by journalist Barış Terkoğlu, Aksu moved his stock market assets into liquid funds, specifically entering a Tera liquid fund on September 10, but was subsequently unable to withdraw his capital. Aksu stated that while the amount is significant, his primary distress stems from being deceived, noting, “I am very uncomfortable, I am angry, I am offended; the issue is not 100 million, it is being deceived.”
Aksu, who has held various high-level positions within the AK Party since 2003, clarified that his wealth originated from his family, noting his father is a prominent industrialist included in the country’s top 500 companies.
