Mustafa Kocaman visits Gonca Engelsiz Yaşam Merkezi

Kartepe Mayor Mustafa Kocaman visited the Gonca Engelsiz Yaşam Merkezi, a facility operated by the Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality designed to support individuals with special needs.

During the visit, Kocaman inspected various educational programs and workshop activities aimed at helping students discover new talents and skills. He emphasized that the center provides more than just education, focusing on helping individuals become more independent, strong, and self-confident within society.
