Mustafakemalpaşa Municipality to auction 35 parcels worth over 63 million lira

Mustafakemalpaşa Municipality in Bursa Province, Turkey, announced an open‑tender auction of 35 municipal lands – a mix of residential‑zone plots and agricultural fields – across the neighborhoods of Ada, Bostandere, Çavuş, Çeltikçi, Kayabaşı, Lalaşahin, Ocaklı, Ormankadı, Taşpınar, Uğurlupınar and Yamanlı.

The declared prices range from a low of 480,000 lira for a small plot in Taşpınar to a high of 5,742,000 lira for a 12,760 m² field in Kayabaşı. The total estimated proceeds exceed 62.9 million lira.

The auction will be conducted on 30 June 2026 at the municipal meeting hall on Atariye Mahallesi Sırma Caddesi, beginning at 14:00, with each parcel auctioned in a separate session. Interested bidders must purchase the tender specifications for 5,000 lira and provide a temporary guarantee equal to 3 % of the declared price; applications close on 29 June 2026.
