Mutares to sell Stuart logistics platform to Quiver

Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has received an irrevocable offer from Quiver to acquire the SRT Group (Stuart) and its subsidiaries. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to the notification of employee representatives.

Stuart is a leading European platform for urban and last-mile logistics, connecting businesses with a network of independent couriers through proprietary IT infrastructure. Headquartered in France, the company also operates in the United Kingdom and Poland, supported by a technological competence center in Spain.

Since Mutares acquired Stuart in 2023, the company has focused on diversifying its customer base to reduce dependency on large clients, investing in proprietary technology, and optimizing operational processes to lower costs per order. Stuart currently employs approximately 70 people and generates annual revenue of around EUR 50 million. The sale aligns with Mutares' strategy of stabilizing and repositioning portfolio companies before divesting them to long-term partners.
