Mutua Tinerfeña and Vanadi Coffee report capital and share updates

Mutua Tinerfeña has completed a capital increase of 572,640.17 euros, bringing its mutual fund to 26,773,335.98 euros. This 2.19% increase follows a period of significant growth, with the entity reporting a 2025 individual profit of 2.63 million euros, a substantial rise from 646,458 euros in 2024. The company also confirmed the re-election of Luis Lorenzo Dorta León as president and appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditores as its auditor for the 2026-2028 period.

Separately, Vanadi Coffee is adding 62.5 million shares to the BME Growth market following debt conversions. These shares stem from two capital increases involving the conversion of obligations, with 50 million shares from a July operation and 12.5 million from a September operation. Following these conversions, Vanadi's capital stands at 4,964,549.80 euros, divided into 248,227,490 shares.
