Muzaffarnagar police probe harassment case as Lucknow woman climbs tower

In Muzaffarnagar, police have registered an FIR following a viral CCTV video showing an unidentified man stalking and molesting a woman returning from a morning walk in Khatauli. Senior Superintendent of Police Sanjay Kumar Verma has directed local authorities to identify and arrest the suspect.

In a separate incident in Lucknow, a woman from Agra climbed a tower near the Chief Minister’s residence to protest a land dispute. She claimed that land mafias were attempting to seize her property and that her complaints had gone unheeded. Hazratganj police eventually persuaded her to descend safely.
