Muzeul Țării Crișurilor in Oradea hosts reptile workshop and abstract art exhibition

The Museum of the Crișuri Region in Oradea invited children to a two‑day workshop on the bearded dragon, an unusual pet reptile, on 11 and 13 August 2026 from 10:00 to 11:00. The event, organized by interim head of the Natural Sciences Service Adrian Gagiu and museum curator Gabriela Lobonț, costs 20 lei per child and requires registration by 10 August.

On 1 August 2026 the same museum, together with the Bihor County Council, the Oradea City Hall and the Contemporary Art Gallery, opened the group painting exhibition “ABSTRACT”. The show presents works by 20 artists from Bihor and will be on view until 1 September 2026. Opening remarks were given by Cornel Abrudan, head of the museum’s Art Service, and curator Ștefan Postol.
