Mövenpick debuts new resort and residences in Croatia
Mövenpick has debuted its first resort on the Adriatic coast with the opening of the Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Kvarner Bay in Novi Vinodolski, Croatia. The development is designed as a year-round destination, combining hotel services with 304 branded residences.
The first phase of the residences, located closest to the sea, is already on sale with prices starting at 345,000 euros. The resort aims to provide an alternative to more crowded parts of the Croatian coast by utilizing the Kvarner region's natural landscapes and infrastructure.
Key amenities include the Salterra Wellness & Spa, which is expected to open later this year, featuring a heated seawater pool, saunas, and fitness studios. The complex will also host the Affamata restaurant and the Little Birds Club for children's activities.
