Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Kvarner Bay opens on Croatia's Adriatic coast
Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Kvarner Bay opened in Novom Vinodolski on the Kvarner Bay coast of Croatia, marking the brand's first resort on the Adriatic Sea. The development, backed by the Accor‑owned Mövenpick brand, provides roughly 200 rooms and suites together with 304 residential units slated for sale.
The resort features a 180° lounge terrace offering panoramic sea views, the à‑la‑carte restaurant Affamata and the all‑day restaurant Figo, an adult‑only pool named Alba Signature, a family zone called Sea Breeze Food & Fun, an Eight Lounge for events, and dedicated children’s and teen areas (Little Birds Club and teen room). A Salterra Wellness & Spa is planned as part of the complex. The project represents an investment of more than €250 million and is promoted as a long‑term boost for regional tourism.
