MWG board member Doan Van Hieu Em registers sale of 1 million shares

Doan Van Hieu Em, a board member of Mobile World Investment Corporation (MWG), has registered to sell one million MWG shares. The transaction is expected to take place between September 7 and October 6, 2026, through agreement or exchange methods.

The purpose of the sale is to restructure his investment portfolio, shifting focus toward shares of Dien May Xanh (DMX) for long-term investment. If the transaction is completed, his ownership in MWG will decrease from 0.154% to approximately 0.086%.

This move follows a previous sale by Mr. Hieu Em in May 2026, where he sold two million MWG shares for a similar purpose. This occurs as MWG shares have recently seen a recovery, rising 22% over the past month to reach approximately 75,900 VND per share.
