MXGP 26 video game released by NACON and Artefacts Studio
NACON and Lyon-based Artefacts Studio have announced the worldwide release of MXGP 26, the official video game of the FIM Motocross World Championship. The title is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
Developed over the last two years, the game features a complete overhaul using Unreal Engine 5 to provide photorealistic graphics and a target frame rate of 60 FPS. Key technical updates include a ‘Dynamic Deformation’ system, where the terrain changes in real-time as motorcycles dig ruts into the ground, and a redesigned physics system that incorporates advanced weight transfer and dynamic rider kinematics.
The game includes official content from the 2026 season, featuring 16 motorcycles from major manufacturers such as KTM, Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Husqvarna, GasGas, Triumph, Fantic, and Beta.
